Description

  • Define and execute testing strategies aligned with quality standards such as CMM and Six Sigma.
  • Design and execute functional test cases based on business requirements and processes.
  • Perform end-to-end and regression testing to ensure solution stability.
  • Validate acceptance criteria and identify ambiguities in user stories early in the lifecycle.
  • Execute specialized testing, including performance and concurrency testing.
  • Coordinate testing activities with development, support, and business teams.
  • Document test results and incidents, and communicate findings clearly and structurally.
  • Support and guide end users during UAT processes.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Quality Assurance professional in software development environments.
  • Experience with functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in process planning and improvement under CMMI models.
  • Knowledge of testing tools and test management tools.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner.
  • Ability to interact effectively with technical and business teams.
