Description

  • Provide functional support for applications and services deployed on SAP BTP.
  • Manage incidents related to integrations, extensions, and workflows.
  • Monitor services, connectivity, and logs for SAP BTP solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents in SAP cloud environments.
  • Support end users and handle functional inquiries.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with development and architecture teams.
  • Document solutions, incidents, and processes.
  • Maintain and support existing solutions in SAP BTP.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience working with SAP BTP or SAP cloud environments.
  • Experience in support and maintenance of applications on SAP BTP.
  • Knowledge of integrations and extensions in SAP environments.
  • Experience analyzing and resolving functional incidents.
  • Experience monitoring services and analyzing logs.
  • Experience supporting users and documenting functional processes.
