Description

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network-related issues in data centers and colocations across the region.
  • Coordinate remote IT operations with smart hands in co-located facilities.
  • Travel to sites for on-site installations and technical support as needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for service operations and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in data centers with network equipment, installation planning, and technical problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies, server equipment, and network equipment.
  • Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with console work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business trips.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.
  • ITIL and/or PMI certification is a plus.
