Description

  • Lead day-to-day project management across assigned accounts, ensuring timelines, workflows, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed.
  • Help project teams prioritize tasks, identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
  • Build and maintain project management systems such as Airtable to track timelines, responsibilities, and progress for internal teams and clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and maintain trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
  • Provide timely updates on project status, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Anticipate client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.
  • Prepare and synthesize notes from interviews, events, and partner conversations to inform content development and strategic recommendations.
  • Support the Director, Program Management across projects and help keep account operations organized and on track.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including Programming & Events and Membership, to support project execution.
  • Support billing, resourcing, and financial reconciliation activities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, project management, or closely related client services.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a fast-paced or agency environment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience serving as a day-to-day client contact and translating client needs into clear internal direction.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to bring solutions, ask smart questions, and take initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
  • Positive, steady, and constructive approach to navigating ambiguity and fast-moving work.
  • Experience coordinating internal and external teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Familiarity with financial processes such as billing, vendor coordination, and reconciliation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable updates.
  • Experience supporting production in editorial, video, or social production, or event logistics, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agency business models and comfort tracking project profitability, hard costs, and budget adherence is a plus.
  • Ability to submit a resume and cover letter, and willingness to travel up to 10% for client meetings, events, or team gatherings.
  • Candidates must be based anywhere in the United States.
