Description

  • Collaborate with regional and HQ marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales teams to develop and execute regional HCP programs, marketing campaigns, and print and digital tools.
  • Identify the best channels to deliver marketing messaging within the region.
  • Customize existing campaigns, programs, and materials for regional use.
  • Support Medical Affairs with content development and speaker selection for regional HCP programs and congresses.
  • Manage logistics for speaker programs, regional conferences, and other regional HCP events, including venue booking, materials ordering, and sponsorship coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with opinion leaders, external speakers, and medical associations in partnership with Medical Affairs and local Sales.
  • Manage marketing projects, priorities, and timelines.
  • Track ROI for regional marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess customer needs, competitive activity, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Report regional insights to executive leadership and marketing peers and partner with local Sales to develop customized marketing plans.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in healthcare product marketing, product management, sales, medical affairs, or strategic consulting.
  • Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including organization, attention to detail, and timeline tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills for cross-functional work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic Microsoft PowerPoint skills required.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset required.
  • Experience gathering customer insights and translating them into actionable plans; experience presenting technical content to lay or professional audiences preferred.
  • Familiarity with field marketing channels and tactics preferred.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30% and live in the Southeast Sales Area near a major regional airport.
  • Remote position with in-field work required up to 30% of the time.
