Description

Receive and sign for deliveries, comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
Unload trucks and inspect delivered items for accuracy and condition.
Organize and store received items in appropriate locations.
Update inventory records with received items.
Process and record receiving transactions in Oracle.
Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies in deliveries or documentation.
Handle returns of mis-shipped or damaged merchandise.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1-2 years of receiving experience in a distribution, warehouse, or similar environment.
Experience with warehouse management systems, spreadsheets, and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Basic math skills and sound judgment to resolve problems.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to communicate professionally, both orally and in writing.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to work and operate a pallet jack.
Willingness to work outside normal working hours at times.
