Description

  • Support the compliance function by developing and executing strategic business objectives for key business areas.
  • Assist with execution of compliance objectives across the company’s three business units.
  • Implement compliance initiatives that enable proactive identification of compliance risks.
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative analyses for Corporate Compliance programs and initiatives.
  • Create innovative training materials on compliance and privacy topics.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance functions and risk areas in line with OIG guidance for clinical laboratory compliance programs.
  • Prepare ad hoc and routine analysis and summary reports for compliance नेतृत्व.
  • Maintain databases and trackers that support Corporate Compliance reporting needs.
  • Support monitoring of key compliance risk areas.
  • Manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required; Master’s degree or JD preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of business experience, including 6 years of healthcare compliance experience in a clinical laboratory.
  • Advanced data analysis, data mining, and medical coding experience preferred.
  • Compliance certification from HCCA or equivalent preferred (CHC certification).
  • Working knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, including AKS, Stark, CMP, and Exclusion Authority.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including sales, senior management, and the Board of Directors.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Strong critical thinking, research, and analytical skills.
  • Clear, concise technical writing and presentation skills, with project management ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to use AI in analytical and risk analysis.
  • Ability to work in a remote home office environment and travel 10-20% as needed.
