Description

  • Define and evolve a Value Framework for assessing products and initiatives in an AI-first context.
  • Serve as the primary analytical lead for the Office of the CEO, translating complex operational data into clear, persuasive narratives for the Board, investors, and executive team.
  • Design, build, and maintain a “Control Tower” of dashboards and KPIs that provide real-time visibility into business health and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and cross-functional leaders to communicate data-driven insights to executives and the Board.
  • Partner with Engineering, GTM, Finance, and CX to identify, define, and prioritize internal AI use cases and tool deployments.
  • Develop and own measurement frameworks for AI transformation, tracking leading (e.g., tool adoption) and lagging (e.g., time-to-value, ticket resolution) indicators.
  • Lead change management to integrate AI initiatives into core operations and close required skill gaps so pilots become productionized solutions.
  • Lead and execute CEO‑sponsored cross‑functional strategic initiatives, applying structured problem-solving and cross-org execution.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/BizOps at a high-growth technology company; startup and SaaS/B2B transformation experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated data-driven rigor with experience defining KPIs, designing skill frameworks, and building models to quantify business value.
  • Strong executive communication skills including slide design and executive writing; ability to convert raw data into Boardroom-level narratives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority strategic initiatives independently with a high-agency, builder mindset.
  • Familiarity with modern AI and productivity tools (LLM-based copilots, automation, BI) and a practical, human-first perspective on adoption by non-technical teams.
  • Experience in program management and change management to scale pilots into operational practices.
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience with senior leaders and executives.
  • Preferred location: Dallas or Toronto (listed as preferred locations).
