Description

  • Design, build, and scale data pipelines and infrastructure using ClickHouse, Postgres, Python, and dbt.
  • Run and maintain pipelines that process 500M+ labeled addresses and terabytes of streaming and batch data each day.
  • Partner with crypto researchers, software engineers, and product teams to model, surface, and productize data.
  • Own data quality, reliability, and observability end to end.
  • Mentor other data engineers and help raise the technical bar across the team.
  • Use AI tools and agents to improve speed and reduce busywork.
  • Contribute to a remote, async team where decisions are made in writing.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping and scaling high-performance data systems in production.
  • Deep expertise in SQL and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt, ClickHouse, and Postgres.
  • Strong understanding of streaming data architectures and operating at scale.
  • Experience across the full data stack: ingestion, transformation, storage, modeling, and serving.
  • Comfort working in a remote, async environment and writing clearly.
  • Already builds with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and MCPs.
  • Bonus: experience leading or managing projects in a smaller team.
  • Bonus: fluency in onchain data structures, Web3 technologies, and crypto markets.
