Description

  • Own outbound execution to meet daily pick, pack, and dispatch timelines.
  • Lead floor workflow by prioritizing work and keeping the team aligned to daily goals.
  • Perform and oversee picking, packing, and shipping with SKU, batch, and quantity verification.
  • Maintain accountability for order accuracy by minimizing mispicks, mispacks, and delays.
  • Own exceptions and order edits, including resolving picking and packing issues.
  • Use the Mispick Workflow and support system updates to maintain order accuracy.
  • Communicate issues and changes to customer experience teams or brands and ensure full resolution.
  • Maintain organization of packing and staging areas.
  • Coordinate with Inventory, QA, and Dispatch teams to keep fulfillment running smoothly.
  • Provide on-the-floor guidance, support, training, and process improvement input to associates.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and bend, stretch, and twist as needed.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent judgment, work ethic, professionalism, patience, and a process-driven approach.
  • Adaptability, low ego, high attention to detail, and a can-do team-player attitude.
  • Computer skills.
  • Cannabis experience is a plus.
