Description

  • Provide white-glove support to internal and external Nabis partners, including brands and retailers.
  • Support customer experience managers with ad hoc projects.
  • Assist Operations Managers with general operational support.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Maintain response times, missed call rates, and other KPIs at or above team average.
  • Monitor communications to keep other departments informed and responsive.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address partner needs and drive solutions.
  • Identify issues and escalate them through the appropriate channels.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong, timely communication across phone, Zendesk, and Slack with correct grammar, spelling, and tone.
  • High level of patience and empathy for partners.
  • Ability to communicate between departments with humility and understanding.
  • Experience with de-escalation and client retention.
  • Basic knowledge of payments and collections, including cash-on-delivery (COD) processes and invoice reconciliation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one project at a time.
  • California cannabis industry experience is a plus; familiarity with Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations is a strong advantage.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
