Description

Design and implement BGP routing over redundant IPsec VPN tunnels.
Design isolated AWS environments using VPCs, Transit Gateway, and controlled routing.
Implement and integrate a secure managed file transfer platform with Amazon S3 and internal systems.
Provision and manage AWS infrastructure through infrastructure as code.
Implement access controls, encryption, secrets management, logging, and monitoring.
Define file validation, recovery, reconciliation, and failure-handling processes.
Plan and execute migration using parallel testing and rollback procedures.
Create architecture diagrams, network plans, implementation documentation, and operational runbooks.
Coordinate delivery with partner, security, network, application, and platform teams.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, recovery testing, and incident response.

Requirements

Extensive production experience with AWS infrastructure and networking.
Strong knowledge of VPCs, Transit Gateway, IPsec VPNs, BGP, and routing.
Experience with Amazon S3, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch, and VPC endpoints.
Experience with managed file transfer platforms and external partner integrations.
Strong network, Linux, and application troubleshooting skills.
Experience with security controls, monitoring, recovery testing, and incident response.
Strong technical writing and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience with Terraform or Ansible (preferred).
Production experience with IBM Connect, financial services or other regulated industries, mainframe environments, or AWS multi-account governance (preferred).
Availability Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 20:00 CET; AWS Advanced Networking Specialty or DevOps Engineer Professional certification is preferred.
