Description

  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with external development partners, ensuring alignment on creative vision, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Define clear production frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures, and own budget and schedule tracking while communicating changes and risks.
  • Identify blockers, dependencies, and risks early and act as the primary escalation point to drive timely, constructive resolution.
  • Maintain schedules, milestone plans, and delivery forecasts and produce clear status reports, presentations, and postmortems as needed.
  • Review progress against milestones, quality bars, and business goals and ensure partners have clear priorities and actionable next steps.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, milestone reviews, retrospectives, and efficient cross-discipline workflows internally.
  • Coordinate end-to-end release plans across development, QA, localisation, marketing, and platform holders, including taking point on platform/storefront submissions and compliance.
  • Oversee post-launch plans, including patches, updates, live support, and capture post-launch learnings to improve future releases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a producer in game development or publishing.
  • Experience working with external studios across multiple projects and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle.
  • Experience handling first-party (platform holder) submissions and ensuring platform compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • High proficiency with industry-standard production tools, workflows, and documentation.
  • Data literacy and experience supporting informed decision-making through risk and trade-off analysis.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication and a collaborative approach to build trust and influence across teams.
  • Experience across PC and Console platforms; mobile experience is a bonus.
  • Genuine passion for playing and understanding video games, especially Simulation, Management, Strategy, and adjacent niche genres.
