Description

  • Load and analyze aviation activity for multiple MySky clients on a monthly reporting cycle.
  • Review and classify aviation expenses within MySky’s software.
  • Receive source data in multiple client formats and prepare it for manipulation and entry into MySky tools.
  • Maintain data integrity by following client-specific protocols.
  • Analyze large data sets to draw conclusions and generate client reports.
  • Document and standardize new data upload and processing procedures.
  • Troubleshoot client data issues and support resolution of data problems.
  • Develop workplans for data processing, analysis, and reporting in coordination with the Head of Aviation Tax.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of industry experience.
  • Ability to learn and use new software quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Data manipulation and conversion skills, including Excel, Pivot Tables, and Access.
  • Excellent documentation skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Position may require travel.
  • Prior experience in an aviation company or software company is preferred.
  • Experience in the business aviation industry or aviation logistics is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Outstanding computer skills, including the ability to train others.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a careful self-review mindset.
  • Keen eye for detail and skeptical, evidence-based approach to testing.
