Description

  • Collaborate on devising and implementing Musixmatch’s customer acquisition plan.
  • Deliver individual quarterly revenue objectives and contribute to team revenue targets.
  • Proactively engage prospective clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
  • Present Musixmatch products and services in a consultative manner to prospective clients.
  • Work with Product and Partnerships teams to support market and product development.
  • Manage and maintain the sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Share knowledge and support other team members to help achieve business goals and revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partner sales or consultative sales.
  • Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Strong planning and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to read the room, anticipate questions, and tailor pitches.
  • Strong understanding of the music ecosystem with an established network across record labels, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Personal drive, independence, and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort working in a scale-up environment and managing varied demands on time and resources.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to articulate a world-class data service and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical rigor with the ability to analyze, optimize, and scale initiatives quantitatively.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Additional language skills are highly desirable.
