Description

  • Execute monthly and annual accounting close processes within established deadlines.
  • Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis, and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare financial statements and accounting reports in line with current regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with monthly and annual tax obligations and applicable fiscal rules.
  • Manage accounting processes through ERP systems, maintaining data integrity and quality.
  • Participate in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and support.
  • Prepare financial reports and key indicators to support business decisions.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement optimizations in accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
  • Maintain accounting records in compliance with IFRS/NIIF standards.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Accounting Analysis, or Tax roles.
  • Proven experience in accounting close processes, financial analysis, and decision-support reporting.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of IFRS/NIIF standards.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and monthly and annual fiscal compliance requirements.
  • Experience using ERP systems for accounting management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred, including pivot tables, data analysis, reconciliations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience in optimizing and automating accounting processes.
  • Experience participating in internal control improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical ability and results orientation.
  • Attention to detail and rigor in handling financial information.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Autonomy, responsibility, and confidentiality.
  • Communication and relationship-building skills with different areas of the organization.
  • Proactive and able to work in dynamic environments.
