Description

  • Engage with clients to gather detailed business requirements and understand existing CRM processes.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to align with client objectives.
  • Work with Dynamics CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Develop functional specifications and documentation to support technical implementation teams.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support clients through the go-live phase.
  • Conduct training sessions to support user adoption and effective system use.
  • Provide ongoing client support and advise on Dynamics CRM features for better engagement and reporting.
  • Stay current on new Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional consulting role with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, especially Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to document and translate user requirements into CRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM are a plus.
