Description

  • Own the marketing strategy end-to-end across creative, paid ads, organic marketing, and CRO.
  • Lead the marketing team by setting direction, managing performance, and raising standards.
  • Work directly with the CEO/founder and collaborate daily with Marketing Executives.
  • Own and streamline the ad creative process from brief to launch.
  • Coordinate with creators, editors, CRO, organic, and paid ads teams to execute campaigns.
  • Make strategic marketing decisions alongside the CEO and Marketing Executives.
  • Test angles, define the target audience, and turn insights into action.
  • Analyze ad performance and focus on the metrics that matter most.
  • Stay on top of creative trends and monitor competitors closely.
  • Build and maintain tracking and performance systems across the team.
  • Keep branding consistent across all platforms and touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Experience in a senior-level marketing role with end-to-end ownership.
  • Strong proactive mindset and ability to spot and solve problems without being asked.
  • Demonstrated leadership, planning, organizing, creativity, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with changing goals and shifting priorities.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, direct feedback, and rapid iteration.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to defend opinions and change course when data requires it.
  • Ability to collaborate directly with a CEO/founder and a lean team structure.
  • Willingness to work fully remote on a freelance contract.
  • Acceptance of time tracking, an NDA, and a non-compete clause.
  • Must include the word "summer" in the application.
