Description

  • Process incoming service requests and incidents against SLA targets via email.
  • Create ad hoc reports and distribute tickets within the Service Desk team.
  • Manage the backlog, including long-running tickets, and handle escalations.
  • Monitor events in a 24/7 support environment.
  • Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding tickets and ensure required technical and process trainings for new joiners.
  • Administer hardware assets and maintain accurate ticket and support documentation in the service management system.
  • Create, update, and close tickets while documenting support interactions, SOPs, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to resolve service requests efficiently.
  • Handle basic L1 SAP tasks.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or relevant professional experience.
  • High service and customer orientation.
  • Good German and English language skills.
  • Good knowledge of current PC architectures and hardware technologies.
  • Quality-focused and solution-oriented working style.
  • Ability to work in a team with strong communication skills and resilience.
  • ITSM process skills are preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Solid SAP knowledge is preferred.
