Description

  • Support customers with product-, service-, and solution-related inquiries.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses through digital and transactional channels.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Proactively follow up on open cases and drive them to resolution.
  • Support customers and internal teams with administrative and billing-related activities.
  • Work closely with global stakeholders and internal support teams.
  • Maintain proper documentation and case tracking.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and consistent service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Requirements

  • Fluent English at C1 level.
  • French or Dutch at C1 level.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and communication skills.
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma; college-level education preferred.
  • Previous experience in Customer Solutions, Customer Service, BPO, or Support roles is an advantage.
