Description

  • Develop, test, and implement AI-based solutions to automate ESG reporting processes in a CSRD and EU Taxonomy environment.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for ESG data processing.
  • Identify and integrate relevant ESG data sources.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations, including in Power BI.
  • Monitor and analyze ESG performance.
  • Work closely with IT, sustainability, and international stakeholder teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of experience applying AI/ML solutions.
  • Experience with data processing and automation.
  • Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Structured and analytical thinking.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Interest in sustainability and ESG topics.
  • CSRD and EU Taxonomy knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience with ESG frameworks and rating systems such as EcoVadis or CDP is an advantage.
  • German language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in a reporting or sustainability environment is an advantage.
