Description

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics and performance trends over time.
  • Develop real-time alerting to detect delivery issues, error spikes, vendor disruptions, and other operational risks.
  • Maintain recurring reporting cadences for leadership, program teams, client-facing teams, compliance, and operations.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses for leadership and program teams using internal datasets.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement across messaging programs.
  • Translate analysis into recommendations for program execution, vendor usage, compliance risk management, and operational planning.
  • Coordinate planning for load tests, peak-period outreach, and other high-volume messaging moments.
  • Gather supporting data, document timelines, and help prepare communications when messaging issues arise.
  • Run post-incident reviews, identify root causes and lessons learned, and implement follow-up actions.
  • Create and maintain documentation, institutional knowledge, and ecosystem updates across campaigns and cycles.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Analytics or Operations, such as BizOps, RevOps, or CS, at a tech company or campaign, political, or advocacy organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with program, product, or campaign data.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, BI platforms, SQL, Python, or similar.
  • Experience bridging communication between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working directly with third-party vendors.
  • Comfort operating on a political calendar and a genuine commitment to stopping fascism and building progressive power.
  • Strongly preferred: experience with AI-enabled development.

Benefits

  • Total compensation equivalent to $91,875–$105,875 annualized.
  • Base salary of $85,000–$99,000, depending on experience.
  • $5,000 end-of-cycle bonus.
  • $1,875 worklife stipend in pre-tax reimbursement during the highest intensity work period.
  • Temporary, full-time role with paid holiday and accrued sick time.
  • Remote-first culture with teammates across the country.
  • Priority consideration for applications submitted by June 22, 2026, with a target start date of June 27, 2026.
