Description

  • Drive cross-team standards and best practices for web development.
  • Own cross-team collaboration to ensure deliveries are on time and effective.
  • Architect and scale a modern frontend ecosystem using React, TypeScript, and Vue.
  • Collaborate with ML, frontend, UX, data services, data mining, and data annotation teams to align tooling with real-world workflows.
  • Build mission-critical UI systems used by internal customers.
  • Design experiences for complex, data-heavy workflows.
  • Drive best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Ship quickly and iterate in a product-driven environment.
  • Work directly with customers to identify foundational needs and provide solutions.
  • Mentor and, when needed, delegate to engineers at different levels of seniority.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
  • Proficiency in Vue.
  • Desire to design and build user-facing visual applications with a strong focus on UX.
  • Strong product sense with a focus on usability.
  • Ability to work with high ownership, autonomy, and little oversight.
  • High aptitude for learning and strong organizational skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor other engineers.
  • A well-established technical design and documentation habit.
  • Capability to work directly with customers to identify foundational needs and provide solutions.
  • Experience in backend systems such as Node or Python is preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise and hands-on understanding of project management agility is preferred.
  • Experience in game development or 3D visualization is preferred.

  • Salary range of $172,000 to $229,000 USD.
