Description

  • Design, develop, and enhance Agentic AI tools and systems to automate workflows and improve developer productivity.
  • Drive the development of the core ML infrastructure and Cloud Development Environment platform using Kubernetes and distributed systems.
  • Design multi-cloud setups to maximize GPU availability and support scalable ML development.
  • Partner with ML researchers to profile and optimize distributed training jobs and data pipelines.
  • Identify and resolve system-level bottlenecks in data loading, memory management, and network communication to improve GPU utilization and training throughput.
  • Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to understand complex requirements and bridge infrastructure with model development.
  • Contribute to next-generation tooling that streamlines the ML lifecycle and supports rapid experimentation.
  • Support a resilient, high-performance training ecosystem for deep learning model development.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and distributed systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Python, Go, or C++.
  • Experience building on AWS services or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with the various stages of the ML development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with ML model profiling and performance optimization for distributed training (preferred).
  • Experience managing or working with high-performance compute resources such as GPUs (preferred).
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Ray (preferred).
  • Experience building, integrating, or enhancing Agentic AI systems and LLM-driven developer tools (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary range of $123,000 to $163,500 USD.
  • Additional compensation may include a bonus and/or company equity.
