Description

Build scalable backend services, CI/CD pipelines, build systems, toolchains, and internal platforms that support developer workflows.
Improve reliability, performance, scalability, and observability across distributed systems by introducing new tools and features.
Partner with engineering teams to analyze and optimize AWS spend through cost-effective infrastructure strategies.
Monitor system performance and health and proactively identify and resolve issues before they affect users.
Contribute to system architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.
Work closely with teams across the organization to deliver high-quality service to internal customers.
Support the internal developer platform and productivity tooling used by engineers to ship code faster and more efficiently.

Requirements

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
5+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps-related roles.
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong background in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or C++.
Ability to understand ambiguous goals and convert them into software requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the AV industry or robotics is preferred.
Deep expertise with monorepo development tools and services such as Bazel is preferred.
Experience supporting P1 and P0 systems on-call is preferred.
Experience building or extending AI/LLM integrations, especially Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, is preferred.
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification is preferred.
