Description

  • Handle litigation cases on a day-to-day basis.
  • Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
  • Guide clients through the case process.
  • Communicate with expert witnesses, including conferences and preparation of expert reports and affidavits.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
  • Support trial preparation and trial work on personal injury motor vehicle cases.

Requirements

  • Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Indiana State Bar Association.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with long-term career goals.
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience with trial work is expected due to the firm's courtroom-focused practice.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and completion of Form I-9/E-Verify requirements upon hire.
