Description

Handle cases day to day from pre-litigation through litigation.
Manage pre-suit work and, depending on experience, take on senior attorney responsibilities once a case is filed.
Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
Guide clients through the case process.
Work with expert witnesses, including conducting conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits.
Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Collaborate with colleagues on sophisticated employment matters.
Advocate effectively for clients facing consequential workplace disputes.

Requirements

J.D. from a fully ABA-accredited law school.
Active member in good standing of the bar in the state where based or applying.
Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Self-starter with long-term career goals.
Employment law experience is valued, but broader litigation experience or transferable experience is also considered.
Interest in plaintiff-side employment law.

Salary range of $85,000 to $500,000 USD.
