Description

  • Own delivery plans across the portfolio, including milestones, owners, dates, and cross-channel execution.
  • Manage portfolio margin by estimating effort, allocating staff to budgets, and correcting delivery variance.
  • Hire, develop, and manage Program Directors and team leads.
  • Lead executive delivery conversations, roadmap reviews, working sessions, and escalations with senior client stakeholders.
  • Plan portfolio capacity, including hiring, team rebalancing, and new-client availability.
  • Set delivery standards and processes across teams, including serving as a capability lead for a discipline.
  • Review and improve strategic work across enterprise accounts, not just manage schedules.
  • Collaborate with AEO Marketing Directors on client relationships, strategic roadmaps, renewals, and expansions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in agency delivery, strategy, or client services.
  • 4+ years of experience leading managers.
  • Experience managing a $3M+ portfolio of multi-channel B2B marketing programs.
  • Experience supporting at least one enterprise account.
  • Strategic background with the ability to evaluate and improve client work.
  • Strong commercial judgment regarding scope, effort, and margin.
  • Working knowledge of how AI search is changing B2B buyer discovery.
  • Experience leading teams of 8–15 people is relevant to the role.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $120,000–$145,000, depending on experience and location.
  • Target variable compensation of 15% of base salary, paid quarterly.
  • Variable compensation is tied to portfolio margin, client retention, and delivery quality.
  • Benefits are provided in addition to base salary.
