Description

  • Develop software across a diverse range of client projects and technologies.
  • Use AI thoughtfully as part of the daily development workflow to learn faster and solve problems more effectively.
  • Build and prototype ideas into working solutions using AI-powered coding and prototyping tools.
  • Create and contribute to small applications and MVPs from concept to implementation.
  • Work with React or Vue.js on a basic level in junior-level development tasks.
  • Experiment with new AI tools and approaches with support from the team.
  • Collaborate with leaders and colleagues on varied commercial and legacy projects.
  • Contribute to innovation efforts by bringing your own ideas, energy, and enthusiasm for AI.

Requirements

  • First experience with coding, including pet projects, a portfolio, or a GitHub profile.
  • Basic familiarity with React or Vue.js.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as Vercel v0, Lovable, or Bolt.new.
  • Interest in and ability to use AI as a strategic assistant in development work.
  • Experience with Supabase is a plus.
  • Familiarity with hosting platforms like Vercel is a plus.
  • Deeper understanding of how Large Language Models work is a plus.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Vercel AI SDK is a plus.
  • Experience building simple automations with tools like n8n or Make is a plus.
