Description

  • Translate technical hiring plans into measurable, end-to-end campaigns for priority roles.
  • Own audience targeting, channel selection, creative execution, budgets, launches, and ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Design and manage the company’s presence at meetups, tech conferences, developer communities, and universities.
  • Manage paid recruitment advertising across social media, job boards, and developer platforms, measuring quality-hire outcomes.
  • Create recruiter enablement materials, including outreach templates, follow-up sequences, team one-pagers, and technical messaging.
  • Write candidate-facing copy for priority engineering and technical job postings.
  • Lead distribution of engineering blog content and technical speaking engagements to reach developer audiences.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, creative, and engineering teams to achieve hiring goals.
  • Build a scalable talent marketing playbook and improve engineering hiring cost-per-application and time-to-fill.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition campaigns, or demand generation.
  • Proven field marketing experience, including event execution and structured candidate follow-up.
  • Hands-on experience buying media and managing paid budgets across social platforms and job boards.
  • Experience marketing technical or engineering roles is highly preferred.
  • Background in fintech, payments, infrastructure, or brand building in new markets is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional writing skills across job postings, candidate outreach, and campaign messaging.
  • Ability to adapt B2B marketing and demand generation tactics for talent acquisition.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating channel effectiveness based on quality hires rather than vanity metrics.
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with talent acquisition, employer brand, and engineering leaders.
