Description

Lead the implementation of security policies to protect staff, offices, and equipment across the region.
Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and reduce risk.
Supervise and mentor private security guards and armed police personnel.
Serve as the primary liaison with law enforcement and emergency services.
Lead responses to security breaches and accidents, and produce clear incident reports.
Design and deliver training programs for security personnel and employees.
Monitor security trends and technologies such as CCTV and access control systems.
Provide guidance on asset recovery and fraud investigation to support business resilience.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience leading a security team in a guard services or physical security company, or 5 years as an ex-commissioned service personnel supervisor in the military, police, or paramilitary.
Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
Recognized security certification such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
Clean criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Ability to speak the local dialects of the major tribes in the assigned region.
Experience working with automated security systems such as CCTV cameras and burglary alarm systems.
Strong background in security operations and team leadership (preferred).
