Description

  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and teams.
  • Lead and assist in designing application functionality such as custom fields, views, reports, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, and user access.
  • Design, develop, test, and monitor systems security and user management processes.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Salesforce ecosystem and related applications.
  • Perform systems analysis by gathering business requirements, analyzing issues, and communicating with end users to assess needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, application providers, and third parties for application upkeep, updates, and upgrades.
  • Oversee application administration tasks such as user maintenance, data cleansing, and security setup.
  • Drive user adoption and engagement through training, support, process documentation, and change enablement.
  • Manage and train other team members and external resources as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 6+ years of Salesforce administration experience with a track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Experience using Data Loader and other mass data-cleansing tools to maintain a healthy org.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining automation within Salesforce to streamline processes.
  • Enterprise integration experience using MuleSoft.
  • Strong understanding of software development, software testing types, techniques, and principles.
  • Advanced problem-solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, handle on-call or high-pressure environments, and work outside normal business hours as needed.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology, manage multiple projects, and handle changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage other systems administrators and business unit relationships.
  • Willingness to use a wired broadband internet connection with ethernet; no satellite, 4/5G, or DSL circuits.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.

  • Salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 plus a 10% bonus.
