Description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O applications, from design through maintenance.
  • Design, develop, integrate, and maintain database-driven applications and D365 F&O solutions.
  • Program, unit test, document, and debug front-end and back-end software applications.
  • Develop customized Dynamics 365 solutions and configure and administer D365 F&O integrations and data management.
  • Review existing and new X++ code for performance and adherence to best practices.
  • Perform code merges and deployments to production systems.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs and identify bottlenecks to improve software efficiency.
  • Review team members' work to ensure quality and consistency across development outputs.
  • Lead and supervise one or more team members while managing multiple projects.
  • Participate in 24/7 support rotation and maintain technical knowledge, standards, and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of prior Dynamics AX or D365 F&O experience in a similar consulting role.
  • 5+ years of experience in X++ and SSRS development.
  • 3+ years of experience with C#.NET, SQL Server, and SQL design and development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 ERP development, configuration, design, and implementation.
  • Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power Platform, SSRS, Power BI, SQL Server, and related tools.
  • Deep understanding of the F&O framework, data structures, and objects.
  • Minimum of two full lifecycle ERP implementations leading a technical workstream.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of security principles for web applications.
  • Strong software quality assurance and debugging skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
  • Willingness to work occasionally outside normal business hours.
  • Must hold at least one of the following certifications: Core Finance and Operations, Finance and Operations Apps Developer, or Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect.
  • Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States.
