Description

  • Keep TikTok Shop listings updated with current products, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and compliant with platform guidelines.
  • Implement strategies to increase product visibility, sales, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Use data analytics tools to monitor sales trends, customer behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • A/B test creatives, offers, and campaign strategies to identify the most effective selling tactics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging product videos, descriptions, and imagery for TikTok and Meta platforms.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Maintain alignment between TikTok Shop and customer service channels to improve buyer satisfaction.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • The role must be conducted entirely in English, and applications and resumes must be submitted in English.
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce storefronts is expected.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, social media tools, and shop optimization.
  • Ability to use data analytics to track sales performance, customer behavior, and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams on product content and campaign assets.
  • Ability to analyze campaign results and recommend performance improvements.
  • Experience building relationships with platform representatives is preferred.
