Description

  • Lead a centralized Professional Services PMO supporting onboarding, implementation, and enterprise deployment programs.
  • Ensure services are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with contractual, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Serve as an executive escalation point for complex, at-risk, or high-profile customer engagements.
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic life sciences accounts and partner with customer executives on alignment and issue resolution.
  • Define and enforce project management methodologies, delivery playbooks, and lifecycle standards aligned with SaaS best practices.
  • Oversee prioritization, capacity alignment, risk management, and delivery performance across the Professional Services portfolio.
  • Lead the transformation of delivery models to improve scalability, consistency, and speed to value.
  • Champion AI, automation, and change management efforts to embed new tools and delivery methods into day-to-day execution.
  • Partner with Services Operations and Finance on utilization, capacity planning, margins, and forecasting.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global PMO team with clear accountability and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience leading Professional Services delivery and PMO functions in an enterprise SaaS or technology services environment.
  • Experience supporting life sciences customers in regulated, compliance-heavy environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of transforming services delivery models while maintaining execution rigor.
  • Deep understanding of Professional Services economics, including utilization, margin management, forecasting, and capacity planning.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior customer stakeholders and internal executives.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven leadership style with strong operational judgment.
  • Familiarity with using AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency and time-to-value.
  • Ability to travel 10–20%.
  • Experience with modern SaaS delivery methodologies, including phased rollouts, configuration-first approaches, and repeatable implementation patterns.
