Description

  • Research market data, product trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
  • Translate market insights into messaging, differentiation, and content updates that support product requirements.
  • Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for each product and segment.
  • Lead the go-to-market process with full oversight and responsibility.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Product Development to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor roadmap progress and support launch readiness and ongoing roadmap alignment.
  • Translate APIs, integrations, platform architecture, and developer documentation into customer journeys, use cases, and solution narratives.
  • Create product manuals, feature updates, and training materials for internal teams and external clients.
  • Assess new product and feature ideas for marketability and monetization potential.
  • Analyze results and develop best practices to improve process effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with SaaS products in product marketing and/or product development.
  • Strong experience with go-to-market planning, messaging frameworks, ICPs, and positioning.
  • Knowledge of SaaS technology and platform-based product ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, platform architecture, and developer documentation.
  • Telecommunications technology experience is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources and turn it into clear, actionable plans.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in cross-functional discussions.
  • Self-motivated, methodical, results-oriented, responsible, and creative.
  • Remote work setup suitable for working from home.
