Description

  • Design the Solver framework, including algorithms, execution strategies, and infrastructure for solver competition, quote aggregation, and intent-ready workflows.
  • Lead major architectural decisions and maintain high engineering standards through deep code and design reviews.
  • Partner with product, research, and ecosystem stakeholders to align Solver capabilities with the technical roadmap.
  • Optimize solver performance for low latency and high throughput across multiple chains and decentralized environments.
  • Develop solver economics, including incentive structures, competition mechanisms, and cryptoeconomic models.
  • Contribute hands-on through coding, prototyping, and solving complex technical issues in real time.
  • Guide the development of the next generation of intent-powered execution frameworks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems, high-performance networking, or large-scale infrastructure.
  • Strong familiarity with smart contracts, on-chain execution frameworks, or cryptoeconomics.
  • Fluency in TypeScript and Go.
  • Rust experience is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor globally distributed engineering teams.
  • Exceptional ability to abstract complexity and turn technical or organizational hurdles into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, take full ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building MEV strategies, solver networks, or competitive auction mechanisms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cross-chain messaging protocols or cryptographic signature aggregation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in optimization problems is preferred.
  • Prior contributions to open-source ecosystems or Web3-native protocols are preferred.

  • Total compensation package of $250,000–$280,000, including a base salary of $160K–$180K.
  • Performance-based bonus of 10%.
