Description

  • Take full ownership of projects from breaking down goals and proposing technical approaches through end-to-end execution.
  • Design and implement scalable dashboards and tools that visualize protocol risk and integrate with backend data sources.
  • Build and maintain GraphQL APIs and data services that support the user interface and internal tooling.
  • Own the development, architectural improvements, and performance optimization of the Alert Portal.
  • Partner with research and protocol teams to translate DeFi analysis into intuitive, data-rich interfaces.
  • Support junior engineers by sharing full-stack best practices and engineering standards.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through testing, documentation, and thorough code reviews.
  • Identify product and technical improvement opportunities across the platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience with modern technologies such as Node.js and Python.
  • Strong experience with data warehousing, data pipelining, and infrastructure.
  • Proven experience building React-based web applications and data-intensive analytics dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of API design, especially GraphQL.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and deliver production-grade features with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort working in dynamic, high-ownership environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and genuine interest in DeFi and blockchain technology.
  • Experience designing, developing, and operating cloud-native services with AWS or GCP (preferred).
  • Strong frontend best practices, including accessibility, performance, and testing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
  • Based in the USA, NYC/Brooklyn, or Tel Aviv (preferred).
