Description

  • Define and maintain the overall test strategy for critical workflows, including testing procedures and documentation.
  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Build and sustain risk-based regression coverage with an automation-first approach supplemented by targeted manual checks.
  • Perform exploratory and high-risk manual testing to uncover edge cases on the web platform.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve unit and integration test coverage and provide feedback on testability and quality risks during code reviews.
  • Validate authentication, navigation, and complex permission sets to ensure configuration changes do not break core functionality.
  • Support the phased rollout and evolution of testing frameworks as the product matures.
  • Ensure new features and hotfixes do not compromise stable behavior in a business-critical healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a primary focus on test automation.
  • Proven experience with Playwright and TypeScript, or highly similar automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with E2E/UI test automation and a willingness to perform manual testing on web platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of testing best practices, methodologies, and a risk-based "working backwards" approach.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other test management, bug tracking, and Agile tools.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher for collaboration with distributed teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data structures in a scheduling environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a phased testing implementation approach as the platform scales.
  • Must be based in Ukraine or Europe.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API testing and performance testing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of additional test automation frameworks beyond the primary stack is a plus.
