Description

  • Own design across activation, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, onboarding, and expansion.
  • Identify the highest-impact opportunities across the user journey and advocate for pursuing them.
  • Explore generative AI applications that personalize activation and engagement at scale.
  • Develop lean experiments, ship solutions, and measure their impact in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Use competitive insights to create best-in-class experiences while preserving Miro’s ease of use.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to solve AI quality, discoverability, and end-to-end engagement challenges.
  • Mentor designers and contribute to Miro’s design systems and internal tooling.
  • Help establish design processes, culture, experience principles, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles.
  • 2–3+ years operating at Staff or Principal level with ownership of complex initiatives.
  • Portfolio demonstrating clear, user-focused products and strategies with measurable user and business impact.
  • Deep understanding of AI, AI design tooling, and AI-driven product development.
  • Experience collaborating with product management, UX, and engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of UX practices, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with growth, lifecycle, onboarding design, or experimentation platforms is preferred.
