Description

  • Implement high-performance trading algorithms with a focus on execution speed and code maintainability.
  • Partner with the Quantitative Research team to translate mathematical models into production-ready solutions.
  • Design and build robust asynchronous, multi-threaded, and network-centric systems.
  • Architect advanced C++ code using templates and other modern language features.
  • Contribute to systems that operate in a rapid feedback, high-visibility environment.
  • Optimize complex workflows and core technical components that support business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Early-career background as a C++ Developer or Junior Quant Dev; competitive programming experience is highly preferred.
  • Practical engineering experience using C or C++.
  • Strong foundation in data structures and core computer science principles.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of Linux OS internals and networking.
  • Fluency in professional English, both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on exposure to sub-microsecond, ultra-low latency real-time engineering.
  • Experience with lock-free concurrency paradigms and data containers.
  • Familiarity with GPU programming via CUDA.
