Description

  • Design and evaluate fee inquiry scenarios that verify fee amounts and category names against a bank’s disclosed fee schedule.
  • Write statement clarification test cases that distinguish descriptor-mapping questions from real fraud claims and route them correctly.
  • Create autopay setup scenarios that test incorrect payees, insufficient-funds policies, wrong draft dates, and missing confirmation steps.
  • Build statement reprint cases that assess timing communication, archived statement access, fee citations, and self-service versus manual retrieval channels.
  • Develop beneficiary update scenarios that identify when a routine POD change requires specialist routing due to ERISA or spousal-consent issues.
  • Design card replacement cases involving card-block urgency, fraud-signal recognition, interim mobile-wallet guidance, and delivery options.
  • Author account closure scenarios that test retention-offer eligibility, pending-transaction checks, and refusal to extend offers to ineligible customers.
  • Write fraud claim warm-handoff cases that cover immediate card blocking, intake information capture, Regulation E timing, and transfer to disputes.
  • Grade AI responses for factual accuracy, empathy, voice-versus-chat tone, and clear communication without over-promising.

Requirements

  • Strong written English proficiency at C1+ level.
  • Submit a CV in English and indicate your English proficiency level.
  • 3+ years of front-line or supervisory experience in a U.S. bank or credit union call center, branch, or contact center.
  • Ability to read a bank fee schedule and identify the correct fee for a specific transaction without assistance.
  • Clear routing judgment for when issues belong to fraud, disputes, specialist teams, or loan servicing.
  • Familiarity with Regulation E timing windows, including the 60-day customer dispute window and the bank’s 10/45-day investigation windows.
  • Awareness of ERISA spousal-consent requirements for retirement accounts and community-property state rules for beneficiary changes.
  • Experience with retention-offer eligibility verification and knowing not to extend offers indiscriminately.
  • Ability to calibrate tone between warmer voice-call style and compact, direct chat style.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is a positive signal, but not required.
  • QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer background is a strong plus for grader roles.
  • AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) credential is a strong signal for autopay and electronic-payment tasks.
