Description

Build realistic developer environments with codebases, infrastructure, and supporting project context.
Design tasks that pair a benign development goal with an unsafe shortcut.
Write tests that verify whether an AI agent completed the task the right way.
Review agent solutions, analyze failures, and refine tasks and tests based on QA feedback.
Create evaluations that catch scope creep, policy violations, data corruption, and over-permissive changes.
Develop fair and robust test cases that accept valid solutions and reject unsafe ones.
Work within project deadlines and acceptance criteria for task submission.

Requirements

4–5+ years of experience in software development.
Strong experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong test design skills, including functional and integration tests.
Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, Codex, or similar.
Familiarity with GitHub PRs and CI workflows as a user.
Broader backend and infrastructure exposure is useful, including databases, CI pipelines, and deploy scripts.
English proficiency at B2+ level.
Cybersecurity experience is a nice-to-have but not required.

Benefits
