Description

  • Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies for readable, engaging content.
  • Design reusable social media templates and impactful one-pagers for different channels and formats.
  • Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and composition principles to elevate visual materials.
  • Transform raw data and concepts into professional, polished assets for marketing and communication goals.
  • Verify visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivering final work.
  • Collaborate with Tendem Agents by providing critical thinking, domain expertise, and formatting support for assigned tasks.
  • Adapt designs to varied visual needs and medium constraints across digital and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition.
  • Proven ability to create modern infographics and compelling social media templates.
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Ability to work across formats, including one-pagers and digital templates.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
  • An adaptable, fast-paced, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong dedication to delivering polished, professional-grade assets.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to manage multiple visual tasks simultaneously.
  • CV must include a link to a portfolio with graphic design examples; applications without a portfolio link or relevant cases will not be considered.
