Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or draft materials.
  • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components for developer or no-code implementation.
  • Prepare production-ready files by organizing Figma frames, exporting assets, and documenting specifications for handoff.
  • Ensure visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
  • Verify layout quality by checking responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and alignment with modern web design trends before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based materials to keep them consistent, polished, and aligned with the broader brand ecosystem.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is a plus.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience creating high-converting, pitch-style landing pages with strong attention to clarity, spacing, and modern design trends.
  • Solid understanding of preparing, specing, and packaging assets for developers or no-code tools such as Webflow and Framer.
  • Ability to translate brand aesthetics consistently across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks.
  • Upper-intermediate English level (B2) or above is required, and applicants must indicate their English level.
  • A structured, user-centric, conversion-minded design approach.
  • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly.
  • A portfolio link with web design examples must be included in the CV, and applications without relevant portfolio cases will not be considered.
