Description

Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies for readable and engaging content.
Design reusable templates for social media channels and impactful one-pagers.
Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and composition to improve visual quality.
Transform raw data and concepts into professional visual assets tailored to marketing and communication goals.
Enforce design quality standards by checking visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery.
Work within a hybrid AI + human workflow, collaborating with Tendem Agents on repetitive tasks while providing domain expertise and critical thinking.
Handle diverse visual tasks across layouts, templates, infographics, and other marketing materials.
Contribute on a project-based freelance schedule when work is available.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field is a plus.
Exceptional grasp of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition.
Proven ability to create modern infographics and compelling social media templates.
Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Experience with Figma.
Ability to adapt designs across different formats, including one-pagers and digital templates.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
An adaptable, fast-paced, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple visual tasks simultaneously.
A portfolio link with relevant graphic design examples must be included in the CV; applications without it will not be considered.
