Description

  • Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites and deliver structured datasets with complete coverage and accuracy.
  • Use internal tools such as Apify and OpenRouter, along with custom workflows, to accelerate data collection, validation, and task execution.
  • Extract data reliably from dynamic and interactive web sources, including JavaScript-rendered pages and sites with changing behavior.
  • Apply quality control checks, cross-source consistency checks, and formatting verification before delivery.
  • Scale scraping operations for large datasets using batching or parallelization while maintaining stability.
  • Monitor scraping failures and adapt workflows to minor website structure changes.
  • Clean, normalize, and validate extracted data to ensure it is accurate and structured.
  • Collaborate within a hybrid AI + human workflow by providing critical thinking, domain expertise, and oversight.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development.
  • Strong experience in Python web scraping using BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or similar tools.
  • Experience extracting data from dynamic content such as JS-rendered pages, AJAX, infinite scroll, and APIs via proxies.
  • Proven ability to extract data from complex structures, including hierarchies, archived pages, and inconsistent HTML.
  • Solid background in data cleaning, normalization, and validation, with delivery of structured datasets such as CSV, JSON, or Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks to support automation and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • GitHub link is a plus.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
