Description

  • Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites and deliver structured datasets.
  • Use internal tools such as Apify and OpenRouter alongside custom workflows to accelerate scraping and validation.
  • Extract data reliably from dynamic and interactive web sources, including JavaScript-rendered content.
  • Validate outputs through quality checks, cross-source consistency reviews, and format verification before delivery.
  • Scale scraping operations for large datasets using batching or parallelization techniques.
  • Monitor extraction failures and maintain stability when websites change their structure slightly.
  • Adapt scraping approaches to meet project requirements and ensure complete coverage and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with AI agents by handling critical thinking, domain expertise, and quality control.
  • Process, clean, normalize, and validate scraped data into structured formats such as CSV, JSON, and Google Sheets.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development.
  • Strong Python web scraping experience using tools such as BeautifulSoup and Selenium or similar.
  • Experience handling dynamic content such as JavaScript, AJAX, infinite scroll, and API extraction via proxies.
  • Proven ability to extract data from complex structures, including hierarchies, archived pages, and inconsistent HTML.
  • Solid background in data cleaning, normalization, and validation for structured dataset delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks to support automation and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently.
  • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or above.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a plus.
  • A GitHub link is a plus.
