Description

  • Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, visual identities, color schemes, and typography systems.
  • Create, organize, and deliver variations of core brand elements for use across the project.
  • Maintain brand consistency across internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits.
  • Build scalable visual systems and brand guidelines that align with modern design standards.
  • Validate design quality across digital and print formats to ensure consistent cross-platform application.
  • Collaborate within a hybrid AI + human workflow by refining AI-generated outputs and helping shape brand identity direction.
  • Support the creation of structured asset libraries and style guides for wider team use.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related creative field is a plus.
  • Expertise in building foundational brand assets from scratch, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems.
  • Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience using Figma to craft and manage core design assets.
  • Proven ability to translate brand identity across digital, print, social media kits, and corporate pitch decks.
  • Strong organizational skills to develop brand guidelines, style guides, and asset libraries.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
  • A portfolio showcasing branding work, including logos, identity systems, and guidelines, must be included in the CV.
  • A strategic, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and troubleshoot as needed.
