Description

  • Produce artwork and design services from brief to final stage within agreed timescales.
  • Undertake artwork to the client’s brief and exacting standards.
  • Work within established templates and design systems while raising questions about new requirements when needed.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage workloads effectively and deliver multiple jobs within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the process.
  • Take personal responsibility for client liaison on allocated jobs.
  • Complete timesheets accurately and on time.
  • Work proactively both independently and as part of the design team.
  • Continue developing professionally and contributing to the team’s output.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an ad agency or creative firm creating digital assets.
  • At least 3 years of experience working on projects within brand guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of print specs and print principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
  • High attention to detail, especially when capturing edits without relying on external QC support.
  • Ability to work accurately and deliver consistent artwork quality.
  • Solid Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially InDesign.
  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience working on global brands is an advantage.
